The St. Regis Residence Club will feature 22 residences with 11 each on floors 8 and 9 of the St. Regis Hotel. Spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences are available. Interiors designed by Sills Huniford feature elegant accommodations, floor to ceiling silk draped beds, marble bathrooms with a spacious bathtub, and ten foot ceilings. One and two bedroom accommodations also feature separate living room, butler pantry, floor to ceiling French windows, deeply carved crown molding and crystal chandeliers. All residences have state of the art entertainment and communication technology. Also enjoy Butler service that caters to all your special needs, desires and individual preferences. Included is nightly turn-down service, housekeeping and 24-hour room service.
As a St. Regis Residence Club member, the unique privileges of fractional ownership become yours. Members enjoy a combination of fixed and float time. One week fixed – which is determined at the time of purchase and 21 float days which can be reserved during open registration. Reservations may be made for a minimum of one night to a maximum of ten nights. So you can enjoy your residence on a fabulous New York holiday, or use it for one or two nights to enjoy a Broadway show or while you are in town for a meeting. You may also convert up to two weeks of time to Starwood Preferred Guest* StarPoints* each year. Starpoints may be used to travel to more than 750 hotels and resorts worldwide.
