What we collect:
* the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail
* the name, e-mail address, country and state/province of those who sign up for our newsletter and/or download our free vacation guide
* non-identifying and aggregate information on visitors to the website, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address
* information volunteered by the consumer, such as payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

The information we collect is used to track our website statistics, send subscribers our newsletter, and to process credit card payments. We only share information when we are specifically given permission by you to do so, such as when you request to receive more information from one of our newsletter feature properties. The one exception is that we do share the contact information of those who download our free Vacation Ownership Guide with Elite Destination Homes, the author of the guide. They do not share this information with anyone else.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding requests they have placed on-line.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received by LFG in writing at least 30 days before the advertising is due to start. A cancellation fee of 33% of the price of each cancelled advertising element is owed within 30 days of cancellation. If the Advertiser cancels less than 30 days prior to the start date, the full amount is owed. Any monies paid above and beyond what is owed will be refunded by LFG within 30 days. No refunds will be given for cancellation of a Listing at any time during the listing period.
